Joined Fleet Support Operations in 1990

Andrea has over 20 years experience in the industry, with a background in administration, control room operations, and times as a Highway Recovery Manager. With responsibility for the control room and the team leaders, Andrea’s passion is to drive the quality of the customer experience from initial call, through customer contact, to resolution.

In her spare time, Andrea enjoys travel, keep fit and reading thrillers, and, of course, spending time with her family.
