Fleet Support provide a full nationwide breakdown service 24-7, 365 days a year. This includes: roadside repairs, recovery where required and, where appropriate, a rapid response attendance where a recovery vehicle is dispatched to effect the most cost effective and speedy solution.

From request to repair - your time is our urgency
When a request for service is received at our control centre, all relevant details are logged and an agent is dispatched within minutes of receiving the call. Our besoke computer system then alerts the controller to provide contant feedback (e.g. time on scene, diagnosis, regular updates) and completion details until the breakdown reaches a conclusion. We demand a fast response and first class service from all our approved operating agents and those not complying with these standards are removed from our network.

The driving force within Fleet Support is to minimise down time of vehicles. We understand the implications of time-sensitive loads not reaching their allotted time slot. And naturally, we implement our services with the safety of your drivers and our agents as a top priority.

Cost effective
Once the request for assistance reaches a satisfactory conclusion, our agents are automatically faxed or e-mailed for costing. These costings are then matched against times recorded, i.e. time agent dispatched, time on and off scene and time allowed to travel back to base. It is through this stringent vetting process that we make sure you only get charged the time it has actually taken. You can monitor how effective our vetting process is by our savings report.
