Action: Fleet Support agent called out to assess the nature of the breakdown. After thoroughly checking the vehicle it was recognised that the vehicle required various parts. After discussing the situation with the hire company, under their instructions, Fleet Support arranged for the vehicle to be repaired as well as organising a replacement vehicle for the hire company's customer. When the vehicle was repaired it was delivered to the customer and the hire car returned to the hirer.
